Terms & Conditions for Crystal & Pearl Boutique

Crystal & Pearl Boutique is a trading name of Crystal & Pearl Boutique Limited. The website www.crystalandpearlbridal.com ("the Website") is owned and operated by Crystal & Pearl Boutique Limited. The term "Item" refers to any product or good sold on the Website.

1. Terms of Use

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order on www.crystalandpearlbridal.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

  • We do not guarantee that we will store copies of all orders placed by you.

Each order constitutes an offer to purchase the items listed. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Orders will generally be accepted if:

  • The items are available.

  • The delivery destination is one we service.

  • Payment is successfully authorized.
     

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation on-screen and may also receive a follow-up Order Confirmation email.
 

3. Payment
 

We accept payment via debit and credit cards as detailed on the Website.
 

  • Payment for items, including any applicable taxes and fees, will be due at the time of order acceptance.

  • You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may conduct security checks to verify this.

  • If payment is not authorized, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to payment issues.

  • Any charges or penalties imposed by your payment provider due to the transaction will be your responsibility.
     

4. Delivery and Collection
 

  • Estimated delivery and collection times are provided as general guidance only.

  • We aim to fulfill orders within the timeframe stated in the Dispatch Confirmation email, but delays may occur due to exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you of any delays.

  • Items will be delivered to the address you specify at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate.

  • In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery.

  • Items are not intended for resale.
     

Customs and Duties:
For international orders, any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

If we are unable to deliver the items due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the item will be held until you have paid for any return or re-shipment costs. Please note: Made-to-order dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Order Inspection and Reporting Issues

You are responsible for inspecting your items upon receipt and before use. If there are any errors or issues, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the items, quoting your Order Reference and providing a brief description of the issue. Failure to report issues within this 5-day window may result in us being unable to process refunds or exchanges.
 

6. Cancellations
 

In some circumstances, you may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible after placing your order. Our Customer Service team will advise whether cancellation is possible.
 

7. Refunds
 

We offer refunds or exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of the order date, excluding pre-order dresses, pre-order accessories, and in-store purchases, which are subject to a strict non-refund and non-exchange policy.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and garment tags still attached.

  • We will not accept returns if items have been damaged due to improper care.

  • Returns that do not meet our return guidelines will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
     

Returns Process:

  • You can return unworn items within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your returned items and verify they are in their original condition, we will process a refund, excluding shipping costs and any payment transaction fees. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the items and will be issued to the original payment method.
 

If you are unsatisfied with our handling of your return, you may contact us at contact@crystalandpearlbridal.com with your Order Reference for further review.
 

8. Try-On Appointment Policy
 

1. Appointment Duration and Cost

  • Each try-on appointment lasts for one hour.
     

2. Appointment Guidelines

  • Customers should arrive on time to fully utilize the one-hour duration.

  • If you arrive late, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time without refunds or extensions.

  • We encourage customers to select the outfits they wish to try on before the appointment for a smoother experience.
     

3. Booking and Cancellation

  • Appointments can be booked in advance online or in-store.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your appointment.
     

4. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
     

9. Changes to Terms
 

Crystal & Pearl Boutique reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website will indicate acceptance of any revisions.
